McBride's House of Mystery is about 5 minutes from the airport and the South end of The Strip. If you want the full Vegas experience, you can easily stay at a hotel on The Strip. You can catch a cab the first day. We find that most people arrange ride shares with other students on the first day of the event.
The closest hotel is the Courtyard Marriott, on Green Valley Parkway in Henderson.
We also suggest either the Motel 6 on East Tropicana near The Strip, (702) 798-0728, or the Sunset Station Casino on Sunset in Henderson, (800) 6-STATIONS. We've recently heard that Crestwood Suites is very reasonable and only a short cab ride away: (702) 650-9070.
