I began in Magic 6 years ago, I studied and practised hard, but was struggling without the wisdom of a more experienced magician to guide and teach me. So when I had the chance to attend a Master Class I grabbed it. Now I've done two, and don't plan on stopping there! After all, if something stops growing, then it is dead. At Master Class I learnt so much about stagecraft, dramatic structure, and performance. From solid techniques, and practical advice to understanding how to express myself as an artist. Some lessons are learnt there, and put into practise immediatly, others are a spark that ignites a fire that takes time. I remember once sitting with Eugene for an hour while he shared with me some advice I didn't want to hear, but needed. I then went to Jeff for him to repeat it! Eventually I conceeded! Thanks guys! Having attended two classes two years apart I can see how they both taught me what I needed to know at the time, at the level I was at. It's like a banquet of wisdom, and you eat what you require! If it were possible to see a before and after picture, the difference would be amazing. Before the best compliments I recieved were for being clever, and for having good chops. Now people tell me that they have been moved by my performances. From here it is onwards and upwards, I'll see you on the journey. To learn more about Paul Brown, visit www.world-of-wonder.co.uk.
