Jeff McBride's Magic & Mystery School

Scholarship  and Online Course Stipend Program

(Scroll down the page for information on the Online Course Stipend information)

The Magic & Mystery School is passionately committed to improving the art of magic by helping magicians become more excellent performers.

To expand our ability to do that, in 2012 the Faculty created the Magic & Mystery School Scholarship Program.

The Program has two parts to it. The first part is a Scholarship Fund, which is made possible through generous contributions and gifts from people our extended community. Also, when people become a Member of the Magic & Mystery School they help grow the Scholarship Fund.

Scholarships

The second part is the School’s commitment to use every dollar in the Scholarship Fund to offer scholarships to deserving students to attend one of our Las Vegas-based magic education experiences. The scholarships are awarded on the basis of need; they are designed to help talented students close the financial gap to help achieve their magic education goal.

Please note: these Scholarships are for our Live Classes in Las Vegas. They offer partial tuition relief. If a person is awarded a scholarship, they will need to cover the remainder of their tuition and travel expenses.

Now that so many of our activities are online, we’ve also set up a special program to provide stipends applicable to those online learning opportunites.

The Online Course Stipend Program

The Magic & Mystery School’s Online Course Stipend Program is an offshoot of its Scholarship Program and is supported by the School’s Scholarship Fund. The stipend program is designed to offer need-based financial assistance for people to attend one of the School’s online courses. The online courses available at any given time can be seen at www.magicalwisdom.com/events.

Eligibility and Stipulations

If a stipend is awarded, it will be at the rate of 50% of the tuition for the online course.  Only a limited number of stipends will be made available for each online course, and they will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. People are limited to one stipend per calendar year. Anyone over the age of 12 is eligible to apply.

Deadline

Your completed stipend application must be received at least one week before the online course is scheduled to begin.

We need your help to generate as many of these scholarships and online course stipends as possible. If you are able, please click on the Gift icon below.
